The Keys4Health project was developed by IgniteYou in 2018 and aims to support people to take ownership of their health. It focuses on four key areas:
Nutrition • Movement • Sleep • Stress Management
The course is all about supporting people to understand WHY nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management are VITAL to health. Each session is packed with the most up-to-date evidence-based information as well as mentoring from a highly qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist.
At each session there is time to adapt the knowledge to your own lifestyle to make long lasting changes and support to create a roadmap for next steps.
Workshops are delivered in an interactive, engaging and informative way that helps people to really understand how to take ownership of their health.
The most important part of Keys4Health is that it is person-centred and fully adapted to who is attending any one course. So, although some key information will be the same, the way it is delivered will vary greatly. This allows for all people to be included and feel supported, ultimately leading to better health outcomes.
